Identifying active recurring purchase supporters with ease

    With this update, operators can now effortlessly identify customers with recurring purchases—whether through autoplay or subscription services. This improvement is marked by the introduction of a new icon that appears right under the customer's name when accessing their account details. Here’s a detailed look at how it works:

    1. Search and identify

    Operators can search for customers' profiles using customer details. Once a supporter's account is accessed, the new icon will be prominently displayed under their name, indicating their participation in recurring purchase programs.

    1. Visual cues and high value programs

    To further assist operators, the icons will appear under "High Value Programs." Within this section, you will find blue icons that appear under the "High Value Programs" title, making it easy to identify supporters with recurring purchases.

    These easily recognisable icons stand out in the interface, immediately alerting operators to the supporter's status as a recurring purchase participant, eliminating the need for additional steps or extensive searching.
