Pre-requisites:
- The customer should have an active recurring purchase ticket.
- Operator role
Steps to pause a subscription:

Log into Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin

Navigate to customer search
- Search for the customer

Navigate to the Customer Profile:
- Go to the customer's profile within the admin interface.
- Verify that the customer has a active autoplay or a subscription
- Select either the Subscriptions or Autoplay section.

Initiate the Skip Payments Process:
- Click on the Skip Payments option.

Configure the Pause Duration:
- A modal window will appear with "Indefinitely" pre-selected.
- Choose the desired time frame for the pause.
- Click on the Pause button.

Verify the Pause:
- The system should display the days remaining for the pause period.
