How to pause and resume recurring purchases

     

    Pre-requisites:

    • The customer should have an active recurring purchase ticket.
    • Operator role

    Steps to pause a subscription:

    1. Log into Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin

    1. Navigate to customer search

      • Search for the customer

    1. Navigate to the Customer Profile:

      • Go to the customer's profile within the admin interface.
      • Verify that the customer has a active autoplay or a subscription

    • Select either the Subscriptions or Autoplay section.
    1. Initiate the Skip Payments Process:

      • Click on the Skip Payments option.

     

    1. Configure the Pause Duration:

      • A modal window will appear with "Indefinitely" pre-selected.

    • Choose the desired time frame for the pause.

    • Click on the Pause button.
    1. Verify the Pause:

      • The system should display the days remaining for the pause period.
