This article will outline how to view skip a payment for an Autoplay or Subscription on the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin.
Prerequisites
- Access to JLP Admin platform
- Minimum role capabilities:
- Recurring purchase
- Customer view
Steps to pause a subscription:
1.Log into Jumbo Lottery Platform
2. Navigate to customer search
- Search for the customer
3. Navigate to the Customer Profile:
- Go to the customer's profile within the admin interface.
- Verify that the customer has a valid subscription
- Click on Recurring purchases.


4. Initiate the Skip Payment or Cancellation Process
- Click on the Skip Payments option.
5. Configure the Pause Duration or Cancellation:
- You have two options to skip a payment or cancel subscription
- Choose cancel subscription and select one of the preset reasons for the cancellation


- Choose the desired time frame for the pause.
- Click on the Skip button.
6. Verify the Pause
- The system should display the days remaining for the pause period.
