- Now: We have added clear labelling for both the draw date and purchase date to help supporters differentiate between when a ticket was bought and when the draw will occur.
Why this change was needed
Supporters were experiencing confusion when reviewing their upcoming or drawn tickets, often mistaking the draw date for the date of purchase. This misunderstanding was leading to an increase in support inquiries, thereby raising operational expenses related to customer support.
