This article will detail how to find and cancel a Scheduled Purchase.
1. Click on Scheduled Purchases to view any scheduled tickets
You can view all the existing Scheduled purchases in this section.
2. View the Scheduled Purchases
You will be able to view all the Scheduled Purchases on this screen detailing:
- Lottery
- Draw number
- Ticket book quantity
- Ticket book price
- Setup date
- Scheduled purchase date
- Status Check.
3. Click on the ticket
Click on the ticket details hyperlink that you intend to cancel to open up the scheduled ticket details.
4. Click on Cancel ticket button
5. Confirm the cancellation
Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the blue Cancel ticket button on the bottom right of the dialogue box.
6. The Scheduled Purchase is now cancelled
You will be able to view all the cancelled Scheduled Purchases on the Scheduled purchases page in the customer profile.
