System emails and their triggers
Autoplay Cancelled | Sent when a customer autoplay is cancelled. |
Autoplay Error | Sent when an error occurs on an autoplay. |
Autoplay paused | Sent when a customer autoplay is paused. |
Autoplay Price Changed | Sent when a customer or administrator changes the price of an autoplay. |
Autoplay Reactivated (disabled) | Sent when a customer autoplay is reactivated. |
Autoplay Signed Up | Sent when a customer signs up for an autoplay. |
Customer Locked | Sent when a customer account is locked. |
Customer Password Changed | Sent when a customer changes password, either via a password reset email or via managing their account on the website. |
Customer Password Reset | Sent when a customer requests a password reset and include a link for them to create a new password. |
Default Fund Changed | Sent when a customer changes their default payment method. |
Offline Customer Onboarding | Sent when an offline customer is onboarded. This can occur via the bulk importer (customer migration) during onboarding or if they are setup via an administrator and have an email address on file. |
Raffle Ticket Confirmation | Sent when a customer purchases a ticket and details their ticket information. |
Scheduled Purchase Created |
Sent when a Scheduled Purchase is created. |
Scheduled Purchase Cancelled | Sent when a customer Scheduled Purchase is cancelled. |
Scheduled Purchase Failed | Sent when a customer Scheduled Purchase failed. |
Scheduled Purchase Purchased | Sent when a Scheduled Purchase is purchased. |
Subscription Cancelled | Sent when a customer subscription is cancelled. |
Subscription Error | Sent when an error occurs on a subscription. This could be a soft declined or hard declined transaction. |
Subscription Paused | Sent when a customer subscription is paused |
Subscription Product Updated | Sent when a customer or administrator changes the price. |
Subscription Reactivated | Sent when a customer subscription is reactivated. |
