We've expanded the High Value Program Flags to improve operator visibility of client engagement levels. Now, operators can easily identify clients enrolled in high-value programs, such as VIP subscriptions, along with any active preorders or scheduled purchases.
Previously, the High Value Program Flag only highlighted clients with subscriptions and autoplay features, but this enhancement now includes detailed indicators for scheduled purchases and preorder status, enabling faster, more informed client support.
