Before the migration of Subscription/Autoplay forms to the new UI, a field displaying the Recurring Purchase (RP) creation date was available. However, this functionality was removed during the migration process several years ago.
Although the RP creation date data remained accessible within the system, it was no longer displayed in the current UI.
Reintroducing the RP creation date in the UI enhances customer support interactions. Knowing how long a supporter has been a VIP allows operators to tailor their scripts, emphasising appreciation for long-term support. Without this information, these conversations are limited, reducing the ability to provide a fully informed and personalised experience.
To address this, the RP creation date has now been added to the recurring purchase details section of customer profiles.
