Sync account button on customer profile in JLP Admin

    At Jumbo, we’re committed to ensuring seamless data flow across systems and understand how crucial data accuracy is for our partners. We’ve introduced a new feature in Jumbo Lottery Platform Admin to manually sync customer data to Segment.

    What’s New:

    Sync account button in JLP Admin

    • Partners can now see a new Sync account button directly within each Customer Profile in JLP Admin.
    • This button will resend the customer’s data to Segment, sending the most recent customer data to all your configured Segment destinations (Braze, Amplitude, Ortto, etc).
    • The button will be available to all admins with customer edit access.

    Note: It can take up to one hour before the data reaches third-party platforms.
