We've introduced key enhancements to the High-Value Program tags in Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin, providing better visibility into supporter purchase behaviour.
What’s Enhanced?
✅ Failed Purchase Attempts Tracking
- Operators can now see the number of failed purchase attempts directly from the red icon on a customer’s profile.
✅ Scheduled Purchases Overview
- The Scheduled Purchases on customer profile button now displays the number of scheduled purchases for a supporter, making it easier to track upcoming transactions.
✅ Enhanced Accessibility
- These buttons are now visible and clickable directly from the customer profile, ensuring quick access to key purchase insights.
✅ Failed Recurring Recurring Purchase Insights
- From the Recurring Purchase screen, operators can now view the reason for a failed recurring purchase by hovering over the red "i" icon, providing greater clarity on transaction issues.
These updates improve transparency and help operators better manage customer interactions within the High-Value Programs.
