We’ve introduced a new way to highlight critical customer information on the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) with the addition of Pinned events on Customer Profiles.
What’s new?
Previously, customer events were only visible on Customer events section on customer profiles, making it difficult to surface key information. With this update, operators can now pin important events/notes, which will appear in the new Pinned tab for quick and easy access.
How does it work?
- Operators can pin an important event within a customer’s profile by clicking the pin icon next to a customer event.
- Pinned events will be displayed in the Pinned tab, separate from other customer events.
- This provides a clear, structured view of crucial customer details, reducing the time spent searching for key information.
