Prerequisite:
- Access to Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP)
- Permission to edit and create pages and blog posts
1. Navigate to the Content Page
Login JLP Admin and navigate to Content page
2. Select page or blog post
Click into Pages or Blog Posts and choose the item you'd like to create a new version of.
3. Create a New Version
Once you're in the selected page or blog post, click Main. From the dropdown menu, select Create a Version.
4. Create and Save
Give your new version a clear, distinct name so it's easy to identify and manage later, then click Save.
5. Select and Edit
Use the dropdown menu to select your new version and open it for editing. Make your changes, then click Save.
6. Promote Version to Main
When you're ready to go live, use the dropdown menu to select Promote Version. This publishes your selected version, replacing the current main page or blog post.
7. Review and Promote Version
Before the version goes live, you'll be prompted to review all changes. Click the tick icon to confirm.
8. Keep or Delete the Previous Version
Once your new version is live, you'll be prompted to either keep the previous main version or delete it. Keep it if you'd like to retain a separate copy for future editing, or delete it to avoid duplication.
