We’ve listened to your feedback and improved how draw pages behave after a draw has closed. Previously, once a draw's close date had passed and the draw was yet to be scored, the draw page would disappear from the website. This created confusion and left supporters unsure about the draw status.
What's changed
- Draw page stays accessible: Once a draw closes, the page will now remain visible from the winners tab and buy tickets page even before results are finalised.
- Clear status messaging: A prominent message now lets supporters know the draw is closed and results are pending.
- Access for ticket holders: Logged-in supporters with tickets in the draw will always be able to view the page.
- View via Archived Results Page: Draws can now be accessed from the archived results page for the current year, even if the draw is pending.
