In the NT, lotteries for fundraising (raffles, prize draws, sweepstakes, etc.) are regulated under the Gaming Control Act 1993 and Community Gaming Regulations 2006. Oversight is provided by the Director of Gaming Control, and applications are processed through Territory Business Centres.

Application Process
Step 1: Prepare the Following Details
1. Cover Letter (Application Letter)
Draft a formal letter outlining the purpose of the submission. This should include:

- Purpose of the lottery
- State(s) in which it is authorised
- Confirmation that QLD permit is active and applicable
- Statement that NT is being notified as required under the relevant legislation
