Adding a VIP Side Card to your Prize Details page is a great way to encourage users to visit your VIP page. This card appears alongside the prize content and includes a heading, description, and call-to-action button that links to your chosen destination.
This guide walks you through setting up the required translation entries in the CMS so that the VIP Side Card displays on your website.

Which products you want the VIP Side Card to appear on

What the content should say (heading, description, button text)

1. Choose Where and How to Apply the Side Card
You can choose to apply the same VIP Side Card across all prize pages, or customise it for individual products.

For all prize pages, use the base translation key:
draw-prize.sidecard-vip-heading -
For individual products, use a product-specific translation by appending the product key in kebab case.
Example:
draw-prize.sidecard-vip-heading.mater-cars-for-cancer
How to Find Your Product Key
To find your product key, simply navigate to the prize details page for that product. The product key appears in the URL.
Example:
If your prize details page URL is:
https://www.materlotteries.com.au/mater-cars-for-cancer/draw/122Then your product key is:mater-cars-for-cancer
If you choose to use product-specific translations, make sure to append your product key to each of the translation IDs referenced throughout this guide (e.g., heading, description, link, and button).
2. Add the Required Translations in the CMS

Navigate to: JLP ClientCMS → Content → Translations

You’ll need to add four translations.
We recommend adding the heading translation last, as this triggers the display of the side card on the website.The four translation IDs are:

draw-prize.sidecard-vip-description– Short description text under the heading -
draw-prize.sidecard-vip-link– URL for the call-to-action button -
draw-prize.sidecard-vip-button– Button text (e.g., “Join VIP Club”) -
draw-prize.sidecard-vip-heading– The main heading that activates the card

For each translation:

Click the blue ‘+’ icon in the top-right corner

Enter the full translation ID (e.g.,
draw-prize.sidecard-vip-description) -
Set the Type to
Plain -
Enter your desired content in the text field

Click the blue tick to save
Tip: Use product-specific IDs if you want different content per product. Repeat this process for each product key as needed.

3. Confirm the Side Card Is Displaying
After saving your translations:

Go to a prize page on your lottery website to verify the VIP Side Card is now visible.

Wait a few minutes for the web cache to clear
