Smarter Supporter Note Management

    What’s New

    We’ve rolled out a brand-new way to manage customer notes on the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) operators can now tidy up supporter records with a simple click of the new “Remove Note” button, available in Customer Events within the Customer Profile.

    • Notes can be removed from both Pinned Notes and Customer Events.
    • Removing a note performs a soft delete; the note isn’t permanently erased, but it will no longer display in the Customer Profile.
    • This keeps profiles clean and uncluttered, helping operators focus only on the most important notes for each supporter.
       

    Where Notes Are Shown

    Once removed, notes are hidden from the Customer Profile, but they don’t disappear from the system. They remain visible on the Customer Events table under the Customer Activity section of JLP Admin, where deleted notes can be easily filtered and reviewed. This ensures the full history and audit trail of supporter interactions is always preserved.

    Why It Matters

    This update makes the Customer Profile less cluttered, ensuring operators see only the most relevant and valuable information at a glance. By reducing noise and surfacing only key insights, operators can work more efficiently while still having the reassurance that all notes remain accessible in Admin when needed.
