We’re excited to announce that the new Buy Tickets page is officially live across Jumbo Lottery Platform!
Following great results from our second round of testing, we’ve gone ahead with a refreshed design that makes the ticket-buying experience clearer, faster, and more engaging.
What’s New
The updated page puts VIP/Autoplay benefits front and centre and improves how ticket bundles and options are presented. Ticket options are now displayed in a modal on the prize details page, with ticket bundles presented to supporters first. After selecting a ticket bundle, supporters will then be presented with ticket types, one-time or recurring purchase. The carousel at the top of the modal displays VIP program benefits, with additional copy driving recurring purchase conversion. Upon choosing the ticket type, the product is added to the cart.
These changes help customers make quicker, more informed decisions and early results show a boost in Recurring Purchase (RP) conversion and customer lifetime value for our partners.
