Updating Ticket Management Settings For Draws

    Overview

    This article highlights how to update the Ticket Management section in JLP Admin, including making changes to ticket offers, featured settings, and customer facing content.

    Log into JLP Admin

    Begin by logging into the Jumbo Lottery Admin (JLP)  Admin portal using your standard credentials. 

    1. Click on Lotteries

    Once you are logged in, navigate to the left menu and select Lotteries. This section houses all operational functions for managing existing lotteries, creating new draws, and updating configurations.

    2. Click on Lotteries Overview

    Select Lotteries overview from the Lotteries menu to view all current lotteries and draws.

    3. Click on the lottery you want to make changes to

    Choose the specific lottery from the list to open its settings and make updates.

    4. Select the draw you want to manage tickets in

    Choose the specific draw from the list to access and update its ticket settings.

    5. Click on Ticket management

    6. Manage ticket options

    This will bring up all the ticket options and the option to edit them. You will now see all available ticket bundles for the draw, along with the option to edit each one.

    7. Edit ticket options

    Select Edit beside the ticket book you want to update. This allows you to make changes, feature ticket books including adding additional content or adjusting existing details.

    Click on Edit next to the ticket book you want to feature

    8. Add a Ribbon from the drop down

    You can pick from Most Popular, Our Pick, or Best Value choose one of these options to feature the ticket book. The selected label will appear as a pill on the featured ticket book to highlight it to supporters.

    9. Add bonus prize content

    Enter the relevant bonus prize information into the available fields to complete the featured ticket book setup.

    10. Click on feature ticket

    If you intend to feature this ticket book, tick the Feature Ticket checkbox, then complete the available fields by adding the relevant bonus prize content to finalise the setup.

    12. Add additional content

    Enter the customer facing information in the additional content section. This content will display during the purchase flow when a ticket frequency is selected.
