For each draw, you can add new content and images to best promote your draw and prizes. This article will help you to understand how to upload content for both single-prize and multi-prize draws using the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) draw Content Management System (CMS).
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A draw already created in the Jumbo Lottery Platform
- A Lottery Platform Admin account with the following role capabilities:
- Lottery view
- Draw view
- Draw edit
- Draw manage content
- Draw setup
Draw Setup
1. Navigate to the Lottery Menu
From the main navigation bar, click on Lotteries
2. Select the Relevant Lottery
In the Open lotteries table, select the relevant lottery name. Then click the Draw number you want to update
3. Navigate to the Draw CMS
From the left-hand toolbar, click Draw content
This is where all draw-facing content is created and managed.
4. Complete the Draw Setup Section
All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
You’ll need to provide the following information:
- Draw heading title
Up to 70 characters. Keep it clear, compelling, and customer-friendly. - Draw prize value
This helps communicate the scale of the prize at a glance. - Feature image
- Used across the site to advertise the draw
- Recommended size: 1170 × 780 px
- Max file size: 600 KB
- Feature video (optional)
- Max file size: 5 MB
- No sound
- Ideal for highlighting the prize visually
💡 Tip: Feature video is a newer option and appears alongside the draw heading, making it a powerful way to boost engagement.
5. Build Your Prize Content
Prize Content is where you really bring your prize to life.
- There’s no limit to the number of components you can add
- Components can be reordered using drag and drop
To add a component, click the dropdown trigger and select from the list below.
You can choose from the following components:
- Feature icons
Highlight key prize features using icons. Custom icons can be created for your lottery or supporters. - Property summary
Display key details such as address, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage count, and land/floor size. - Image gallery
Upload multiple images to showcase your prize. - Image
Upload one large, high-impact image. - Floorplan
Perfect for homes, caravans, or apartments. - Investment report
Show potential earning opportunities for the prize. - Interactive tour
Embed an interactive walkthrough experience. - Secondary information
Add extra context about major prizes or bonus prizes. - Embedded video
Include a video link to showcase major or minor prizes. - Map location
Display the address or location of the prize property. - Expandable content
Create child pages within the prize details page. Each expandable section can include any of the components listed above, and you can add multiple expandable sections as needed.
6. Add Draw Terms & Conditions
- Enter your draw’s Terms & Conditions in the dedicated section
- This field supports Markdown, allowing you to format text for readability
7. Preview and Publish the draw
Before publishing, always preview your work.
- Click Preview at the bottom of the page
- A new window will open showing how the draw will appear on the website. If you are happy with the draw preview move to the next step and publish the changes.
- Click Publish
- Confirm by selecting Publish draw content
The system will confirm that you draw content has been published successfully.
