We have enhanced the skip a payment to include indefinite pause functionality to provide greater flexibility in how your Jumbo Lottery Platform JLP system is configured. This update enables a more tailored setup aligned to specific client requirements.
Clearer administrative controls are now available within Developer tools in JLP admin, allowing these capabilities to be enabled at a cluster level. This feature is not enabled by default on the JLP platform and must be activated by a super admin before it can be used by customer support teams. Once enabled, support teams can offer this option to supporters where appropriate.

How to enable skip a payment and indefinite pause on lottery admin
Navigate to Operations
Select Operations from the main menu.
Open Developer tools
Select Developer tools to open the dropdown menu, then choose Cluster config.
Configure Cluster config settings
Within Cluster config, a list of configurable checkbox options is displayed. To allow customers to skip a payment or pause payments indefinitely, ensure the following options are selected:
CLIENT_CAPABILITY_SUBSCRIPTION_PAUSE
CLIENT_CAPABILITY_SUBSCRIPTION_TIMED_PAUSE
Once enabled, these settings provide greater control over subscription payment behaviour while remaining aligned with your operational requirements.
