✅ Paper ticket files are sent to a nominated SFTP server and are encrypted using GPG keys. Each file will contain tickets sold on the prior day.
ℹ️ Manual paper ticket resends are included in the paper ticket file sent on the following day.
1. Click on Order history

2. Click on the relevant ticket

3. Select Mail ticket to customer

4. Click on Mail this ticket

5. Confirmation that the ticket has been added to the mailing batch.

6. The Paper Ticket Resend customer event is triggered
