Why this matters
Content Cards let you show campaign content to supporters in specific spots throughout the platform, configured through your existing Braze Ads campaigns. Until now, only a limited set of positions was available. We've added a range of new placements so you can reach supporters at more points in their journey - on the prize details page, at checkout, in their account area, and more.
What's new
New placements on iOS and Android
Content Cards can now be placed in these additional positions in the mobile apps:

New placements on web
The web platform gains these additional positions:

Three of these - prize_details_screen, prize_details_screen_bottom, and my_account_top - are shared across mobile and web, so the same campaign can target equivalent spots on both. Some position IDs differ between mobile and web, so it's worth checking the position name for each platform when you set a campaign up.
No change to how you build campaigns
These placements use the same Braze Ads pattern you already use. You set the position value (along with the usual key-value pairs like type, hide_in_feed, and images) when creating a campaign in Braze - there's no change to the campaign creation workflow. The new positions are simply available to choose from and provide additional functionality in preparation for the full implementation of Braze Banners.
Who this impacts
The new placements are available to any partner running Braze Ads Content Card campaigns. Anyone configuring these campaigns can start using the new positions straight away.
Note: This change covers Content Card placements only. Braze Banner placements are not part of this update but the work is currently in progress.
