Operators can now schedule draw page content to publish automatically at a future date and time, directly from DrawCMS in Admin. No more manual publishing at odd hours or coordinating last minute content changes around draw timelines.
What's new
Schedule content to publish at a specific date and time
When you have updates ready for a draw page, you can now choose to publish them immediately or schedule them to go live at a future date and time of your choosing. Past dates and times are unavailable, keeping scheduling clean and preventing accidental backdating.
If the draw is not yet open, there is no need to schedule DrawCMS content. The draw content will publish at the draw start time.
Cancel a scheduled publish
If plans change, you can remove a scheduled publish date at any time before it fires. Doing so returns the content to draft state, ready for you to reschedule or publish manually when needed.
Draft and preview before scheduling
All content changes are saved in draft state and are not visible on the live draw page until published or the scheduled time arrives. You can preview your draft at any time using the secure preview link in DrawCMS, which generates a unique URL so you can review the content without it being publicly accessible.
Who this impacts
Scheduled publishing is available to any operator using DrawCMS to manage their draw page content. This is particularly useful when coordinating content changes around draw milestones, prize reveals, or campaign launches where timing matters.
