View a supporter's bonus funds balance in Admin
- Navigate to and open the supporter's profile.
- The supporter's bonus balance is displayed alongside their other wallet balances in the account summary. Click Bonus funds to open the balance breakdown.
- A modal will appear showing the total bonus balance and a breakdown of each deposit, including the amount and expiry status for each.
Note: If the bonus funds balance is not visible on the supporter's profile, confirm with your Customer Success manager that the bonus funds capability is enabled on your platform.
