You can now watch replays of how supporters use your app on Android and iOS, through Amplitude Session Replay. It shows you exactly where supporters move smoothly, hesitate or drop off, so you can see what's working and what needs attention.
What's new
Replays in Amplitude
- Recorded app sessions are available to view in your Amplitude account, alongside your existing analytics.
- Jumbo manages the settings. Recording is switched on for you, and Jumbo can adjust how many sessions are recorded and which app versions are included.
Good to know
- A session usually appears in Amplitude within a few minutes. Recordings upload every minute, or when the supporter moves the app to the background.
- If the app is closed unexpectedly or crashes before an upload, that part of the session isn't recorded.

Partners using the Jumbo Lottery Platform apps on Android and iOS who have the Amplitude integration enabled.
