The purpose of making and leaving notes on a customer’s account is to ensure that any other support team members can see a clear trail of previous conversations. This is helpful if a customer has an ongoing issue that has not been resolved or to notify other team members of any important information or changes that have been made to the customer’s account.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Jumbo lottery platform (JLP) admin
- Level of admin access required to view and add notes to customer accounts
Log into Jumbo Lottery Platform
1. Navigate to customer search
Locate the customer on JLP admin.
2. Add Note
On the right-hand side of your screen, locate the text box. Type in the content of the note you would like to leave.
3. Save Your Note
Click on the Save this note button.
This will then appear on the customer’s account under Customer events. You can use the filter to display customer notes only.
