Premade Blocks
Premade blocks are customisable blocks you can include in your emails. They help you create and manage consistent designs across your emails.
1. Navigate To System Emails
Log in to JLP Admin and navigate to Marketing and select Emails > Pre Made Blocks from the left-hand menu.
2. Add Or Edit A Premade Block
To add a new premade block, click Add at the bottom of each block type. There are three premade block types you can add or edit: Headers, Content, and Footers.
To edit a premade block, click Edit on the right-hand side of the block.
3. Add Or Edit Desired Content
When creating a new premade block, give the block a name, then add content by dragging content blocks from the Content menu on the right-hand side of your screen.
You can use the same tools on the right to make changes to an existing premade block.
4. Save Your Changes
Once you're happy with your premade block, click Save changes at the bottom of the page. You can also click Cancel changes to discard your changes.
5. Accessing Premade Blocks
You'll find your premade blocks under Premade, in the Content tab of the email editor.
To add a premade block to your email, drag and drop it from the Content tab to where you'd like it to appear.
You can also add premade blocks by clicking the + sign before or after an existing block.
Note: Changes made to a premade block don't automatically reflect in emails where it's already been added. You'll need to re-add the updated block to each email.
