Premade Blocks
Premade blocks are customisable blocks you can include in your emails. They help create and manage consistent designs across your emails. They can be as simple as a button, or as complex as an entire header or footer.
1. Navigate To System Emails In PBJ Admin
From the home page, select Content + Marketing > Emails > Premade blocks.
2. Add Or Edit A Premade Block
To add a new premade block, click the Add button at the bottom of each block type. There are three premade block types you can add or edit: Headers, Content, and Footers.
To edit a premade block, click the Edit button on the right side of the premade block.
3. Add Or Edit Desired Content
When creating a new premade block, you will need to enter a name for the block and add content by dragging content blocks from the Content menu on the right-hand side of your screen.
Similarly, you can use the tools on the right to make changes to a premade block.
4. Save Your Changes
Once you are happy with your premade blocks, click Save changes at the bottom of the page. You can also click Cancel changes to discard your changes.
5. Accessing Premade Blocks
You can find your premade blocks under Premade, in the Content tab of the email editor.
To add a premade block to your email, simply drag and drop the block from the Content tab to where you would like to add it.
You can also add premade blocks by clicking the + sign before or after an existing block.
Please note that changes made to a premade block does not automatically reflect in the email once you have added them in. The updated premade block needs to be re-added to your email.
