Migrate customer data from your existing CRM software by using the Customer Migrator tool on the Powered by Jumbo admin platform.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Powered By Jumbo admin platform
- Level of access required to use the Customer Migrator
- Migrator Admin capability enabled
- CSV file with customer data in the correct format
1. Login To The Admin Panel
Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your Powered by Jumbo username and password.
2. Select Operations From The Main Menu
2. Navigate To Bulk Importer
Choose these options from the toolbar on the left-hand side of the admin panel.
3. Then Upload Import File
Click on Upload import file
3. Choose The CSV File With Your Customer Data
4. Wait Until The File Upload Is Complete
While processing the data, the status “in progress” is displayed. The progress bar at the end of the row shows how much data on the file has been imported.
For large files, the upload process may take 2-3 minutes. Wait until the status of the file is displayed as “ready”.
6. Click Migrate To Start Migrating Your Customers’ Details
7. Click Start Migration To Confirm
8. View The Status Of The Migrated File
The status will display “complete” if the file has been uploaded successfully or “complete with errors” if there are entries that need to be actioned.
Click “View Details” to see the migration import details.
On this page you will see the following information:
- File contents
- Status
- Total lines
- Migrated lines
- Processing lines
- Unsuccessful lines
9. Click Download CSV Report
You can open this file in Excel to see which entries need to be actioned. The error message is found at the end of each row under the “Notes” column.
You can migrate the following information using the Customer Migrator:
- Customer details
- Payment methods
- Recurring purchases
- Customer notes
- Past ticket purchases
- Communication preferences
Make sure to process customer details first before migrating any other information.
After your customers and all their account details have been successfully migrated, you can start managing their accounts on the Powered by Jumbo admin platform.
