Communication Preferences and Subscription Groups
When creating a campaign of any kind, remember to add a segment to your delivery audience which checks that their communication_preferences custom attribute shows that they have opted into receiving messages of that kind.
If Amplitude is available to your organisation, you can check it for a full list of communication_preferences values.
Please note that customer communication preferences are managed via the Powered by Jumbo platform, not Braze. Communication preferences in PBJ should always be the source of truth. These values can be seen in Braze as the communication_preferences custom attribute.
