    Useful Information On Content Cards:

    • Initial setup – Some development work is required to enable content cards in the app. A more simple, consul-config settings patch is required to enable it on the Web. Upon first enabling content cards, you may see unusual behaviour and spinning wheels until you send your very first content card, even if you’re just sending it to yourself.
    • Post-launch edits are not available –  content cards are similar to emails, they sit waiting in an ‘Inbox’ ready to be delivered to the user. Once the content is pulled into the card (at time of send, after any delays), the content cannot be edited. This applies even if you are calling an API through Connected Content and the data from the endpoint changes, this data will not get updated. You must remove the content card if you wish to edit it. To edit/remove a content card you will need to:
      • Stop the campaign/canvas
      • Remove active content card from user feeds
      • Edit your campaign/canvas as needed
      • Resume – note that any users who had a content card removed from their feed can only receive another content card as per your re-eligibility requirements.
    • Content cards will however be re-populated with new content if users are re-entered into the canvas because in this case a new content card is sent.
    • For card removal events, you can specify multiple custom events and purchases that should remove a card from a user’s feed. Once any (the OR filter works as you would expect here) of those actions are performed by the user, any existing cards sent will be removed.
