How To Generate And View A Channel Report

    This article details how you can generate channel reports within the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin. It also provides guidance on how to view the information provided on this report.

     

    Prerequisites

    • Access to the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin

    • Required level of access to view and generate reports within the JLP Admin

    The Channel Report covers all transactions that are processed through the JLP admin.

    How To Generate A Channel Report

    1. Login To JLP Admin

    Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your JLP admin username and password.

    2. Select Reports

    Click on ‘Reports’ located on the main menu bar.

    3. Click On Channel Report

    Click on ‘Channel Report’ (2) on the main page or Channel on the side toolbar (1).

    4. Select Affiliate If Applicable

    Select the affiliate that you would like to run a report on.

    5. Select The Lottery Name

    Select the lottery that you would like to view a report for. You can select multiple lotteries.

    5. Select The Draw Number

    Scroll down to select the draw number you would like to view a report for. You can select multiple draw numbers as well.

    6. Select Channel

    After you have selected the draw numbers, scroll down to choose a channel.

    7. Set Period Start And End

    Set the period start and period end. You can set specific times for these.

    8. Generate The Report

    Click the ‘OK’ button at the bottom of the box to generate a report. If you have made changes to your input values, you can click ‘Apply’ and then ‘OK’.

    How To View A Channel Report

    1. Report Heading

    On the top of the page, you will see the following information:

    1. Affiliate – Name of affiliate
    2. Lottery – Name of the lottery
    3. Channel – Source used to generate sales
    4. Draw no – Draw numbers included in the report
    5. Period from – Date of the report begins
    6. Period to – Date of the report ends

    2. Lottery, Draw And Channel

    The first three columns from the left of the page below the heading are the Lottery, Draw and Channel columns.

    1. Lottery – This section lists the lotteries included in the report
    2. Draws – Draw number that relates to a specific channel
    3. Channel – Shows the source used to generate the sale

    3. Number Of Ticket Book

    This section shows the number of ticket books and is divided into three sub-sections: VIP, Non-VIP and Total.

    1. VIP – Recurring ticket purchases under the VIP Program
    2. Non-VIP – Regular ticket purchases
    3. Total (column) – Total number of tickets purchased per lottery, draw and channel

    4. Value Purchased

    This section shows the value of the tickets purchased and is divided into three sub-sections similar to the previous section: VIP, Non-VIP and Total.

    5. Total (Row)
