The report start and end dates are set in AEST, so when generating reports between October and April, keep Daylight Saving Time in mind. Add one hour to the time on the report as needed to obtain correct figures.

    1. Period from – Date and time that the report will start on
    2. Period to – Date and time that the period will end on
    3. Report basis – Options available are ‘cash’ or ‘accrual’. When generating this report, the basis should always be set to ‘cash’ to show sales that have been fulfilled.
