This article will outline how to create and manage subscription purchases on Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) admin. Subscriptions facilitate a monthly recurring ticket purchase. This feature allows both customers and operators to create and manage monthly subscriptions
This is different from Autoplay purchases, which purchase based on draws.

Creating A Subscription
A subscription can be created by a customer on the front-end website or through Operator Purchase. To create a subscription through Operator Purchase, follow these steps.
1. Locate The Customer In JLP Admin
Begin by logging into the admin platform, and navigate to the customer’s profile by using the Quick Search Field located at the top of the page.
If the customer does not have an account, you can click on ‘Create Customer’ from the menu on the left toolbar on the admin homepage. For more information on how to create a customer, click here.
2. Navigate To Buy Tickets
To create a subscription, you will need to make an initial ticket purchase. Click on Buy Tickets from the left menu bar on the customer’s profile.
3. Add A Ticket Book To The Customer’s Cart
Select a ticket book that the customer would like a monthly recurring purchase for.
4. Enable The Subscription Toggle Before Checking Out
Enable the Become a VIP member toggle. This button enables the monthly recurring purchase for the same ticket book.
5. Confirm The Purchase
Enter the customer’s payment details if needed and then click Pay Now to confirm.
Please note that any purchase that is made on the 29th, 30th, or 31st will set the monthly purchase date to the 28th.
View Subscriptions
1. Navigate To The Subscriptions Page In The Customer’s Profile
Click Subscriptions from the left toolbar.
2. View The Customer’s Subscriptions
A list of subscription recurring purchases will appear.
You can view the following information on this page:
- Subscription ID – Unique ID assigned to a subscription purchase
- Lottery and ticket count – Name of lottery that the subscription was created for and the number of tickets in the ticket book
- Last Purchase – Date of the last purchase initiated by this subscription
- Next Purchase – Date when next purchase will occur
- Status – If a subscription is active or inactive
- Value – Price of the ticket book
View And Manage Individual Subscriptions
1. Click On The Subscription That You Would Like To Manage
Click on the relevant Subscription hyperlink from the Subscriptions page.
2. View Subscription Details
After clicking on the relevant Subscription, you will be brought to the Subscription details page.
- Lottery
- Ticket book size
- Ticket value
- Status
- Next purchase
- Last purchase
- Default payment method
- Ticket statuses
- Subscription events timeline
- Individual tickets purchased by the Autoplay
3. Set Subscription Status
On the Subscription details page, you can set the Subscription status by click on either:
- Skip a payment
- Cancel subscription
- Change subscription value
- Resume subscription (if the subscription is paused)
4. Change Ticket Value
To change the value of a subscription, click the Change $ Value button.
Select a new ticket value.
Confirm the new ticket value by clicking Save changes.
5. Change Payment Method
You can also change a customer’s default funding source by clicking Change payment method.
Changing the payment method will change the funding source for all Autoplays on the customer’s account.
Once you click this, you will be taken to the Cards page where you can select the default card.

6. View All Subscription Events
After navigating to a particular subscription, click on View all subscription events.
This will reveal a list of recurring purchase events that are specific to this Subscription. These events include:
- Deposit Required – Attempting to deposit
- Deposit Failed
- Retry count – Retry count before the Autoplay pauses
- Purchased – Autoplay purchase successfully
- Customer fund update – Change of payment method and by whom
- Recurring purchase status change
