This article will provide insight into various customer histories that are available to view within a customer’s account on the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP). These histories will allow you to look into a customer’s account and view a summary of activities that have taken place.
Prerequisites

- Level of access required to view customer account details
There are various reports you can utilise within the JLP admin system which are accessible from a customer’s profile. These reports will help you investigate queries within a customer’s and summarise the activity that has taken place on an account.
2. Customer Order History
This page will show a complete history of the customer’s ticket purchases, both all current tickets as well as archived tickets.
To access a customer’s Order History, select the “Order History” option from the left toolbar.
Here you will find a summary of basic information relating to the ticket purchase including:
- Ticket ID
- Lottery Draw- this may vary depending on whether there are multiple different draws available on your website
- Draw Number
- Game Offer (ID)- this relates to the type of ticket purchase, for example, 10 Book 6 or 6 x ticket book $10.00
- Draw Date- the date that the ticket is drawn
- Order Date- the date that the purchase took place
- Status- this may show as purchased, paid, cancelled or limbo depending on the state of the ticket
- Created from AutoPlay- purchased through a recurring purchase subscription
- Checkout ID
- Customer name
3. Correspondence History
By accessing this page you will see a record of all customer correspondence that has been sent to a customer. This includes any correspondence that has been sent regarding ticket purchases, results, account details updates, marketing material, etc.
Information provided on this page includes:
- Date/Time- this shows the date and time the correspondence was sent to the customer
- Correspondence type- this is represented by the following icons:
- blue envelope- HTML email
- white envelope- plain text email
- smart phone- SMS notification
- speech bubble- push notification
- Correspondence- this shows the subject and contents of the correspondence
- Status- this can show as delivered, pending, soft bounce and hard bounce depending on the status of the sent correspondence
Correspondence that is over one month old is archived. To view archived correspondence, click on ‘View Archived Messages’ in the top right section of the ‘Correspondence History’ page.

4. Transaction History
The transaction history page shows a full transaction summary of any deposits and withdrawals made on a customer account. This includes transactions that are unsuccessful or pending.
To access a customer’s transaction history select the “Transaction” option from the left tool bar, followed by “Transaction history” option
Note that you can also view transactions specifically by deposits or withdrawals.
From the transaction history page you will be able to view the following information:
- Time- this shows the date and exact time of the transaction
- Type- this refers to the type of transaction processed e.g. deposit, purchase, reversal
- Reason- a short description of the transaction
- Money in- any funds paid into the account will show here
- Money out- any purchases or withdrawal of funds will show here
- Running balance- running balance of the account total
5. Customer Activity
There are various other customer summaries that you may find useful within the admin system. These include:
- Customer events- This shows a record of all customer events that have taken place such as failed logins, updates to personal details, failed and successful purchases
- Customer login history- This acts as a log for all successful logins
- Customer notes- all notes made on a customer’s account
- Customer feedback- shows a record of all customer feedback left via the Website and App
- Checkout history- shows a record of all successful checkouts
- Customer cart- shows any tickets currently in a customer’s cart
You can access these summaries by clicking the “Customer Activity” option from the left toolbar and selecting the desired option from the drop-down.
