This article will outline how to create an Autoplay purchases on JLP admin. Autoplay is a feature on the Jumbo Lottery Platform that automatically purchases tickets for each draw.
This is different from subscription purchases, which purchase based on a date.

- Customer view
Creating An Autoplay Purchase
1. Locate The Customer
Begin by logging into the admin platform, search for the customer’s profile by using the Quick Search Field located at the top of the page or by using the search form.
2. Navigate To Buy Tickets
To create an Autoplay ticket, you will need to make an initial ticket purchase. Click on Buy tickets from the left menu bar on the customer’s profile.
3. Add A Ticket Book To The Customer’s Cart
Select a ticket book that the customer would like to Autoplay.
4. Enable Autoplay Before Checking Out
Enable the AutoPlay this ticket? toggle on the ticket book. This button will make this ticket an Autoplay ticket.
Note that the next ticket will be purchased once the next draw becomes available.
5. Confirm The Purchase
Enter the customer’s payment details if needed and then click Pay now to confirm.
