Customers may sometimes forget that they already have an account and may re-register using a different email address.
Using the Duplicate accounts list, operators can browse and review customer accounts that are likely to be duplicates on the Jumbo lottery platform ( JLP) admin platform.
Prerequisites
- Access to JLP admin
- Role with “Manage Duplicate Customers” capability enabled
1. Login to the JLP admin platform
Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your JLP admin username and password.
2. Select “Search Filters” Then “Duplicate Accounts”
Click on “Search filters” located on the left toolbar. Under that, you will see the option for “Duplicate accounts”.
4. View The List Of Customers With Duplicate Accounts
You can filter the matches from the drop-down menu to show customer account matches from >40% to >90%.
5. Select “Compare”
This is located beside the customer matches. You will then see the window below.
You can then open the matching accounts in a new window by right-clicking on the names below “Account 1″ and Account 2”.
If you deem that the accounts belong to two different individuals, you can click on “Ignore this match”.
** Please note that the duplicate accounts can't be merged via the PBJ admin**
Otherwise, you will need to follow your organisation’s duplicate account processes.
