This article provides a guide on how to:
- Opt an online customer into receiving paper tickets
- Send a single paper ticket to an online customer
- Resend a paper ticket to an offline or online customer
Prerequisites
- Paper Ticket Opt-in Enabled on your JLP instance
There is no need to opt an offline customer into paper tickets for all future ticket purchases. Offline customers are automatically included in the paper ticket export. This method should only be used for resending paper tickets to offline customers.
Opt-In To Receive Paper Tickets
The following steps will demonstrate how to opt a supporter into receiving paper tickets for all purchases.
1. Login To JLP Admin
Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your Jumbo Lottery Platform username and password.
2. Locate The Customer
Use the quick search field or the search form to locate the correct customer.

3. Opt-In To Receive Paper Tickets
Navigate to the Account traits & related actions section of the customer profile.
The ticket delivery method will have two states:
- Tickets emailed only
- Tickets emailed + posted
Set the delivery method to Tickets emailed + posted and the supporter will receive paper tickets for all future purchases.
Click on the Send tickets via mail button to opt the customer into receiving paper tickets.
Customers can also be opted-in to receive paper tickets via their order history. Follow the steps in the next section for details.
Send Or Resend A Single Paper Ticket
The following steps will demonstrate how to send or resend a single paper ticket to a supporter.
1. Login To JLP Admin
Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your Powered by Jumbo username and password.
2. Navigate To The Customer’s Profile
Use the quick search field or the search form to locate the correct customer.

3. Locate The Relevant Ticket
Select Order history from the left toolbar on the customer profile.
Select the relevant ticket from the order history.
4. Send Or Resend A Paper Ticket
Click on the Mail ticket to customer button below the ticket details.
A pop-up window will appear which allows the operator to mail this single ticket to the customer or to opt the customer into paper tickets for all purposes.
There is no need to opt an offline customer into paper tickets for all future ticket purchases. Offline customers are automatically included in the paper ticket export. This method should only be used for resending paper tickets to offline customers.
Click on the Mail this ticket button to include this single ticket book in the next available mailing batch.
A checkbox also exists for opting all future ticket purchases into the paper ticket export. Check the Send mail for all future ticket purchases box if the customer wants to be opted-in to receive paper tickets for all purchases.
