How To Manage Paper Ticket Preferences

     

    ✅ Paper ticket files are sent to a nominated SFTP server and are encrypted using GPG keys. Each file will contain tickets sold on the prior day.


    ℹ️ Customers without an email will always receive paper tickets, regardless of their paper ticket preferences.


    ⛔️ If paper tickets file are not delivered, whether due to a processing error or SFTP server outage, the subsequent successful paper ticket file send will include all tickets for the outstanding ticket dates.

     

    1. Navigate to the customer profile

    3. Find the ticket delivery preferences

    4. Click also send via post

    5. Future tickets will now be sent via email and mail
