This article will outline how to edit and update personal details on behalf of a customer. You will also learn how to leave notes that will be visible on a customer’s profile page within the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP)
Prerequisites
- Access to the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) admin
- Level of admin access required to view and make changes to customer accounts
Edit Customer Details In JLP admin
1. Login To JLP Admin
Begin by logging into the JLP admin platform with your username and password.
2. Search For The Customer
Located at the top of the Admin Panel is the quick search field. This will show the text “Search for a customer or event”. In this field, you can enter various identifying details which will allow you to try and search for a customer.
Alternatively, you can select ‘Customer search’ from the toolbar located on the left of the page.

3. Edit The Customer’s Details
There are two locations from which a customer’s personal details can be edited:
Select Edit Details on the customer profile.
Or select Administrator actions from the left toolbar and select Edit customer details from the dropdown menu.
Clicking either of these options will take you through to the customer’s personal details. Here you will be able to view and make changes to the following customer information:
- Title
- First name
- Last name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Phone/Mobile Number
- Street address
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Country
Any updates to a customer’s personal details can be saved by clicking the blue Save changes button to confirm this action.
Guide The Customer To Edit Their Details From WebUI
This section is dependent on whether the JLP site allows for customer’s to edit their details from the front-end.
1. Guide The Customer To Your JLP Website
Guide the customer to your JLP website and get them to login with their username and password.
2. Navigate To ‘My Details’
There are two ways to get to the ‘My Details’ section of ‘My Account’:
- Hover over ‘My Account’ in the top right of the website and then select ‘My Details’ from the dropdown menu.
2. Click on ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My Settings’ from the account page to automatically land on the ‘My Details’ page.
3. Edit And Save Changes
Only name and date of birth cannot be changed via WebUI.
The customer may edit the followings details:
- Title
- Email address
- Phone/mobile number
- Street address
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Country
Instruct the customer to click on ‘Update details’ at the bottom of the form to save these changes.
