How To Print Paper Tickets In Admin

    The provided functionality enables operators to generate a dedicated page that displays a printable ticket for users. This feature is accessible to users during the Operator Purchase flow, where they will be presented with a designated button to access the printable ticket. Additionally, users can also access this option conveniently from their Order History, allowing them to easily retrieve and print their tickets at any time.

    Prerequisites

    • Access to the Jumbo Lottery (JLP) admin platform
    • Level of admin access required to be able to access customer accounts
    • Capability to conduct an Operator Purchase

    Within Operator Purchase

    After completing an Operator Purchase, you will be shown a confirmation of the ticket that you have just purchased for the customer.

    1. Click The Blue Printer Icon

    This icon may appear greyed out after checking out. To make it available, hit the refresh button.

    2. Print Ticket

    The ticket will open in a new browser tab. You can then either physically print the ticket or print to PDF. Paper size default is A4.

    From Order History

    After locating the customer within PBJ Admin, navigate to Order History and click on the ticket ID that you would like to print.

    1. Click “Print Ticket Details” On The Ticket Page

    2. Print Ticket

    The ticket will open in a new browser tab. You can then either physically print the ticket or print to PDF. Paper size default is A4.

    The printed A4 paper ticket, once folded, can be fitted into a DLX window face envelope. Alternatively the A4 PDF file can be saved and sent via email.
