Operator Role Capabilities

This article explains each capability that can be assigned to an operator role in the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) admin. Capabilities control what an operator can see and do, so understanding them helps you build roles that give your team exactly the access they need and nothing more.

Capabilities are grouped by admin feature, matching the order you see them in the admin when editing a role.

Before you start

You need access to JLP Admin.
Your own role needs the Role view capability to see roles, and Role add or Role edit to create or change them.
You can find roles under Admin > Operations > Manage operator roles.

Note: Some capabilities depend on others. For example, an operator with Withdraw approve usually also needs Withdraw view to find the requests they are approving. When you build a role, think about the full workflow the operator needs to complete.
