This article details how PBJ Admins with the correct capabilities can manage two-factor authentication settings for other administrators on the PBJ Admin Platform.
Prerequisites

Two-Factor Authentication enabled on your PBJ instance

The following capabilities are required in order to manage other PBJ Admin’s Two-Factor Authentication
Settings:

Add Administrator
-
View Administrator
-
Edit Administrator
-
Enable/Disable Administrator
The following steps should be used if the PBJ Admin has either:

Lost their authentication device
-
Had their authentication device stolen
-
Purchased a new device for authentication
-
Needs their remembered devices to be erased
-
Needs their two-factor authentication settings to be reset
1. Log In To PBJ Admin
Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your Powered by Jumbo username and password.
2. Navigate To The Operations Page In PBJ Admin
Click on Operations from the menu bar at the top of PBJ Admin.
An admin’s two-factor authentication status can be seen on the table of Admin accounts.
3. Click On The Relevant Administrator Name
Navigate to the specific administrator by clicking on the administrator’s name.
4. Enable/Disable Two-Factor Authentication
When on the ‘Administrator Details’ page, look for Two-factor authentication.
Two-factor authentication can be enabled or disabled by un/ticking the checkbox.
5. Save The Changes
After unticking the two-factor authentication checkbox, click on the blue Save button in the bottom right-hand corner to save the changes.
