Prerequisites
- Access to Powered By Jumbo admin platform
1. Login To PBJ Admin
Begin by logging into the PBJ Admin platform with your username and password.
2. Navigate To Account Settings
Click on your name from the top right of PBJ Admin. Then select Account settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate To Event Subscriptions
Click on Event Subscriptions from the left of the Account settings page.
4. Enable Or Disable Event Subscriptions
Types Of Event Subscriptions
The Event Subscriptions page allows you to register for email notifications of certain events on PBJ admin. For example, by checking Customer Created you will receive an email each time a customer is created.
Customer Events
- Customer locked
- Fund failed verification
- Prize unlocked
- Customer Updated Restricted Details
Deposit Events
- High deposit
- Deposit requires approval
Withdraw Events
- High withdraw
Purchase Events
- Checkout partial failure
- Checkout total failure
- Draw paid
Admin Events
- Admin config change
- Add bank account
- Dormant customer changes
- Export ABA file
- Customer card add rate
Draw Events
- Numbers entered
- Dividends entered
- Charity draw has closed
Events related to asynchronous processing
- Congestion in the asynchronous processing pipeline
System Events
- Dormant Account Fee Run Completed
Note: The event is fired when there are too many tickets in the asynchronous processing pipeline, or when there are some really old tickets.
How To Enable Or Disable An Event Subscription
- To enable notifications for the desired events, tick the checkboxes.
- To disable notifications for the desired events, untick the checkboxes.
- Click on the blue Submit button in the bottom right of the page to submit your changes.
