This article will outline how to process a pre order for draws that are open for preorder purchases.
Partners can select if they want their upcoming draws to be available for preorders when setting up the draw.

Prerequisites
- Access to JLP admin
- capabilities required to complete a operator purchase
1. Search for the customer account
Use the search bar or the customer search function to search the customer to start the operator purchase.
2. Click on 'Buy Tickets'
Click on buy tickets to start the operator purchase to purchase tickets
3. Pre-order
You will be able to see the draws that are open for pre-order on the buy tickets page. This will be indicated by a banner.
4. If the supporter wants to pre-order
Pick the draw that the customer want to pre-order tickets from and follow the purchase process
5. Select the ticket book to purchase
6. Finalise the purchase
You will once again see the pre-order value indicated in this step
7. Add in credit/ debit card details.
8. Click on Pay now
Please note that payment will be processed using the customer's chosen payment method on the official draw opening date. Pre-orders cannot be scheduled for a different payment date.
