More control over how ticket offers are displayed
We're excited to introduce enhancements to the Ticket Management page in the Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP), giving Admin users greater flexibility to curate and present ticket offers in the Buy Tickets page.
These enhancements help improve visibility, customer experience, and control over how ticket offers appear, especially for charity raffles and lotteries.
What’s New
Admin users can now configure the following enhancements per ticket offer directly within JLP Admin:

Set a ticket offer as Featured

Display a Ribbon (only for Featured offers)

Add a Bonus Prize Value (text-based highlight)

Include Additional Content (title, summary, body)
This enhancement helps showcase key ticket offers more effectively in the Buy Tickets drawer. You can promote offers that deserve more visibility and provide helpful, contextual messaging to drive conversions.
