The system draw close date will not be visible until the draw closing date and time have passed. The system draw close date is automatically set to five minutes after the draw close date and time (this is to allow ticket processing in the last minute of draw).

System draw close date can be edited after draw close to allow ticket cancellations only up until draw date.

    6. Add ticket range

These are the number of tickets available for purchase on JLP. Please note additional tickets can be added during the draw and ranges can be changed unless tickets have been sold within the range.

    7. Edit Or Add Ticket Bundles

Ticket bundles can be customised to your particular draw needs. These bundles represent the purchasing options within the draw. They can be set to single price tickets or discounted ticket bundles.

Ticket-bundles offered in the previous draw for this lottery will pre-fill. Verify that the pre-filled ticket bundle information is correct. If the ticket bundles are accurate, proceed to step 8.

    Edit Ticket Bundles

If the ticket quantity or bundle price needs to be altered, hover over the relevant field and it will become editable.

Either type in new quantities or prices, or use the arrows on the right of either field to increase or decrease the quantity or bundle price.

Ticket bundles cannot be edited after a draw is open but can be disabled however, new bundles can be added during the draw.
