This article will outline how to add administrator in Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) Admin.
Prerequisites
- Access to JLP Admin
- Capabilities required to create and edit user accounts
1. Navigate To The Operations Page In JLP Admin
Click on Operations from the menu bar at the top of JLP Admin.
2. Select Add administrator
Click on Add administrator from the left-hand toolbar under Manage operators.
3. Enter The Administrator’s Details
Enter the following details related to the admin operator:- Full Name – first and last name
- Username
- Email Address
- Account Expiry Date (AEST)- If applicable
- Administrator Role
- Assigned Organisation
- Sales Channels
- Default Sales Channel for sales reporting
- Enable Password Login
4. Select authentication type
A password can be set if your organisation does not use SSO, or if you'd like to offer an alternative login method to SSO.

Once you click on the tick box, you will be prompted to enter a password manually.
5. Create Administrator
Once the admin’s details have been entered, click on the blue Create administrator button in the bottom left-hand corner to create the account.
