This article aims to provide instructions on how to assign and switch sales channels in PBJ Admin. This can also be used to assign new organisations in order to use import tools such as the Offline Sales Importer.
Prerequisites
- Access to Powered By Jumbo Admin
- Authority required to edit to user accounts
- Capability to manage Sales Organisations
Creating A Sales Organisation
1. Navigate To The Sales Organisations Page
On the PBJ Admin homepage, select Operations then Sales Organisations on the left-hand side menu.
2. Select “Add New Organisation”
Click on the blue button on the Manage sales organisations page.
3. Fill In The Organisation Name Field
Hit Save once you have filled in the required details.
Managing A Sales Organisation
1. Click Edit To Make Changes To The Sales Organisation
Click on the Edit button on the Sales Organisation row.
2. Make And Save Your Changes
You can change the name of the sales organisation and set it to active or inactive.
Click Save to save your changes.
Assigning Sales Organisations
1. Select The Administrator
Navigate to “Operations” then “Administrator” and select the user that you would like to assign channels to.
2. Assign Sales Organisation
In the Edit Administrator page, select the Sales Organisation from the Organisation drop-down menu.
3. Save Your Changes
Hit the Save button after making your changes.
You may be required to enter a password after clicking the Save button.
