Prerequisites
- A Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) admin operator account with the correct permissions
- Draw number
- Prize details
- Winning ticket number
- Winner location
This flow should be used if the winning ticket number is drawn outside of the JLP Platform.
1. Login To JLP Admin
Visit https://admin.<yourlotterydomain>.com and enter your Jumbo Lottery Platform (JLP) username and password.
2. Navigate To The End Of Draw Tools
Click on Lottery from the main menu bar.
Select the draw number that you wish to score a sub draw result in.
Select the End of draw tools option from the left menu bar.
3. Add A New Draw Sequence
Click the + New draw sequence button.
Enter a draw sequence name to reflect the nature of the draw sequence, then click on Create draw sequence to create the new draw sequence.
4. Add Prize Draw
After creating the new draw sequence, a list of options will appear.
Select Add prize draw.
Select the Other prize type from the prize type dropdown menu.
Enter the prize name of your liking and click Add this prize draw.
The draw sequence and prize draw should now be available and ready for selecting the winning ticket number.
5. Edit Prize Draw
– Number of Winners is the number of winners to be automatically drawn from a CSV when using Drawmaster RNG
– Win chance is the certainty of drawing a winning result. Set this value to 100% if a winner is required. Or lower the percentage as required for jackpot-style prizes
– If you are manually recording a winner, you can ignore this
Click on the edit prize draw button to alter the following:
- Edit prize name
- Change win chance
- Change the number of winners
Click on Add this draw prize to save any changes.

6. Verify The Ticket Number
Once the winning ticket number has been drawn via external processes, the ticket should be verified in order to make sure it is valid to win a prize in this draw.
Select Verify a ticket number on the right of the page.
Enter in the drawn ticket number and press enter. Verify the ticket information to make sure it is a valid ticket.
The ticket verification page includes:
- Purchase details
- Customer details
- Customer’s total valid spend in the draw
The ticket information page contains links to:
- The customer’s profile
- Order ID
- Transaction ID
- Ticket ID
Selecting View all in range will show all the ticket numbers belonging to the customer in this draw.
If the ticket details are valid for this draw, select the blue Print this record button at the bottom of the page to print off the winner’s details for auditing purposes.
Click on Back to End of Draw Tools to continue the end of draw process.
7. Record A Manual Winner
Navigate to the sub-draw bonus prize sequence.
Select Record a manual winner.
Enter in the relevant winner’s details and click Record this winner
- Winner’s ticket number (optional)
- Winner’s customer ID (optional)
- Date winner drawn (required)
The Winner’s ticket number and Winner’s customer ID is optional. The date winner drawn is a required entry.
The approved winner has now been entered into the draw sequence’s prize draw. A blue label will denote that this winner was recorded manually.
Clicking on View details will open a dropdown menu with the winner’s details.
8. Publish The Winner’s Details
After recording the manual winner, click on the ribbon.
If the winner’s details are correct, click on the Publish this winner button in the bottom left.
A pop-up window will appear containing pre-filled information. The Winner’s information and Value drawn are the only editable fields.
Enter in the relevant winner’s details and press Publish record to publish the winner’s details on the front-end website.
The Date drawn and Winner’s information are required fields. The Value drawn can be blank if desired.
This information will be displayed on the Winners page for closed and scored draws. For open draws, this will be displayed in the winners tab in the open draw prize details page.

6. Upload CSV Of Eligible Entries
The JLP certified random number generator (RNG) (Drawmaster v1.0) will be used to draw results from the uploaded list of eligible entries.
Select the CSV upload button from the bottom right of the draw sequence.
Click Select entries list csv from the bottom left corner and select the relevant CSV with eligible entries for the lottery.
Hovering over the CSV file name will reveal a trash can icon on the far right. Click on the trash can to delete the selected CVS if the incorrect file was chosen.
If the correct CSV was chosen, click on Upload selected csv in the bottom right-hand corner.
After uploading the CSV of eligible entries, the Draw a winner button becomes actionable.
7. Draw A Winner
Click on the Draw a winner button to use the JLP RNG to select a winning ticket from the eligible entries.
After the JLP RNG has drawn a winner, the prize draw will show ‘draw result pending’ with the drawn ticket number.
Once the winning ticket number has been drawn via JLP RNG, the ticket should be verified in order to make sure it is valid to win a prize in this draw. Proceed to the next step.
8. Verify The Ticket Number
Click on View purchase report below the ticket number to verify the ticket information.
The ticket verification page includes:
- Purchase details
- Customer details
- Customer’s total valid spend in the draw
- Whether it was a subscription purchase
- Duplicate accounts belonging to the customerStandard Purchase Ticket Details
The ticket information page contains links to:
- The customer’s profile
- Order ID
- Transaction ID
- Ticket ID
- Subscription information (if it was a recurring purchase)
Selecting View all in range will show all the ticket numbers belonging to the customer in this draw.
If the ticket details are valid for this draw, select the blue Print this record button at the bottom of the page to print off the winner’s details for auditing purposes.
Click on Back to End of Draw Tools to continue the end of draw process.
9. Approve Or Reject The Winning Ticket Number
After verifying whether the RNG selected ticket is eligible to win a prize in this draw, the results must either be approved or rejected.
Approve the drawn ticket
Click on the Approve button.
A prompt will appear noting that this action cannot be undone.
Click on Approve result to approve the drawn ticket and continue.
The drawn ticket will be marked as 1st approved.
Proceed to step 6 to publish the winner’s details.
Reject the drawn ticket
Click on the Reject button.
A pop-up box will appear with a field requiring a reason for rejecting the ticket.
Enter the reason and then click Reject result in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up window.
This action is recorded for service-auditing purposes, and cannot be undone.
The drawn ticket will be marked as rejected and a new winning ticket can be drawn using the JLP RNG by repeating the previous steps.
10. Publish The Winner’s Details
After approving the winning ticket, click on View details.
If the winner’s details are correct, click on the Publish this winner button in the bottom left.
A pop-up window will appear containing pre-filled information. The Winner’s information and Value drawn are the only editable fields.
The Date drawn and Winner’s information are required fields. The Value drawn can be blank if desired.
Enter in the relevant winner’s details and press Publish record to publish the winner’s details on the front-end website.
This information will be displayed on the Results page.
11. Edit Published Details (Optional)
The winner’s published details can be edited if need be.
To edit the published winner’s details, click on View details.
Then select Edit published details from the bottom left of the winner’s details.
A pop-up window will appear containing pre-filled information. The Winner’s information and Value drawn are the only editable fields.
The Date drawn and Winner’s information are required fields. The Value drawn can be blank if desired.
Change the winner’s details as required and then click Publish changes.
The altered winner’s details will then be published on the website.
