Enhanced Administrator Management User Interface

    Overview:

    We’re excited to announce the newly redesigned and enhanced Administrator Management User Interface. This update streamlines administrator account management, enhances validation and error handling, simplifies access management auditing, and introduces a host of improvements designed to make managing accounts faster, more intuitive, and error-free. This update also lays the groundwork for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, which will be turned on in the near future.

     

    What’s New:

    1. Streamlined Design

    • A polished, modern interface that’s both visually appealing and easy to use.
    • Simplified navigation for quicker, more intuitive account updates.

    2. Enhanced Validation and Error Handling

    • Real-Time Validation: Field validation happens instantly, saving time during setup.
    • Email Validation: Only valid email formats are accepted, reducing data entry mistakes.
    • Clearer Error Messaging: Improved messages provide clear instructions for resolving issues.
      • Example: Instead of "Invalid email," you’ll now see "The email address entered is not valid. Please ensure it follows the format: example@domain.com."

    3. Mandatory Default Channel Setting

    • When one or more Assigned Sales Channels exist, selecting a Default Channel is now required. This ensures proper configuration and reduces potential errors.

    4. Admin History Events

    • The Admin history events modal details historical events related to an administrator, without sifting through the Audit Trail.
    • Quickly view when an administrator was created or edited.
    • Presents key data clearly, enabling faster and more accurate reporting.

      • Note: Operator add/edit capability or super admin access is required.
